We understand that different Landlords enjoy a varying level of involvement in this process. Priority housing offers three different packages:
- A Full Management Service
- A Let and Partially Managed Service
- A Let Only Service
Our flexible property management service is tailored to suit each individual Landlord’s requirements. You decide how much involvement you want to have and leave the rest to us. For a managed property we will always:
- Carry out a free, full rental evaluation
- Advertise your property
- Conduct accompanied viewings
- Seek references and/or a financial guarantor for every prospective new Tenant
- Prepare and sign Tenancy Agreements for both new and existing Tenants
- Organise deposit protection with scheme administrator in line with current legislation
- Carry out a full and detailed inventory at the start of each new tenancy and inspect the property at regular intervals
- Collect your rent, chase any rental arrears and, if necessary, initiate legal proceedings for non-payment of rent.
- Carry out repairs/maintenance required up to an agreed sum of money and will contact you thereafter
